15-Day Safari & Diving Adventure – Kenya | October 2026
Organized by Cozumel Diving Trip

1. Booking

To confirm your place on this exclusive 15-day Kenya adventure, please ensure all traveler details (full name, nationality, and date of birth) match the passport exactly.

Reservations will be held for 7 days after your participation is confirmed.

A booking becomes confirmed once the initial deposit has been received.

⏳ Booking deadline: November 23, 2025
All reservations must be confirmed with the initial deposit no later than this date.

2. Payment Terms

Total trip cost: USD 9,450 per person
Initial deposit: USD 3,150 per person, due by November 23, 2025
Second payment: USD 3,150 per person Due May 2026
Final balance: USD 3,150 per person Due July 2026

💳 Payments can be made via credit/debit card (processing fees apply).
Late or missed payments may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellation Policy – Strictly No Refunds

All payments made toward this trip are 100% non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to:

Illness (including COVID-19 or other medical conditions)
Personal emergencies
Visa or passport issues
Flight delays or cancellations
Changes of plans or personal circumstances

In the unlikely event that Cozumel Diving Trip has to cancel a tour or a service for any reason, we will try to offer the choice of an alternative arrangement; otherwise you will receive a full refund. We will do our utmost to inform you about any cancellations at the earliest possible.
The tour may also be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control and which neither our partners nor we could have foreseen (force majeure). In such cases customers will be refunded the price of the trip but will not be able to claim any extra expenses. Should one of the aforementioned emergency situations arise Cozumel Diving Trip will always try to offer an acceptable alternative to the customer.

4. Travel Documents

Final travel documents (itinerary, vouchers, and travel info) will be provided after the final payment has been received in full.

5. Passports and Visas

Travelers are responsible for holding valid passports (valid at least 6 months beyond return date) and obtaining entry visas for Kenya. We advise confirming visa requirements at www.projectvisa.com or with your local Kenyan embassy.

6. Price Adjustments

Prices are based on current costs and exchange rates. In rare cases, price adjustments may be made due to increases in park fees, taxes, fuel, or currency fluctuations. Any changes will be communicated in advance and charged at cost.

7. Card Payments

Payments are subject to a processing fee (charged by the payment platform).

8. Limited Availability – Reserve Early
