To enroll in a PADI Open Water Diver course (or Junior Open Water Diver course), you must be 10 years old or older. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health. No prior experience with scuba diving is required.
The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases: Knowledge Development ( online, independent study or in a classroom) to understand basic principles of scuba diving Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills Open Water Dives to use your skills and explore!
OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE "FULL" :
USD 459 incl. manual (digital) e.learning + PADI fee + marine park fee + equipment rental + 5 confined water dives training session + 4 open water dives.
SCHEDULE:
* DAY 1: confined water training + 1 open water shore dive ( approx. 3 hours)
* DAY 2: confined water training + 1 open water shore dive (approx. 3:30 hours)
* DAY 3: 2 open water dives by boat (approx. 5 hours)
*** E.learning student has to complete all theory and final examen prior arrival in order to start the open water training in Cozumel.
OPEN WATER REFERRAL USD 350 ( incl. equipment + marine park fee + 4 open water dives + PADI fee )
